When landscapes and railroad melt together, the result will always be a train. Come aboard the Rhaetian Railway. From Guarda you can choose between these adventures trains:

With the Bernina Express you will experience an alpine crossing of a different kind. The Albula and Bernina lines connect the north and south of Europe in serpentine lines and without cogs. Travel high up to the glacier and deep down into Mediterranean Italy. Your companions are 55 tunnels, 196 bridges and gradients of up to 70 per mil. The route from Thusis to Tirano is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On the Glacier Express, you will roll through enchanting mountain landscapes, over mighty mountain rivers and past sheer rock faces. In St. Moritz, the world of the rich and beautiful will greet you, in Davos the mountain air and in Zermatt the most photographed mountain, the Matterhorn. In between, you will travel on the Glacier Express through Graubünden and through the Rhine Gorge, the "Grand Canyon" of Switzerland. Speaking of trains: In principle, a journey to Guarda without a car is comfortably possible by train. We will be happy to pick you up from the train station free of charge if you cannot make the last bus connection to the village.
