In the casual atmosphere of our simple, rustic à la carte restaurant Dalet you will gain an insight into traditional Graubünden cuisine. Enjoy the view of the proud Engadin Dolomites from the restaurant and the cozy garden terrace and let our kitchen team cook for you.
In winter we serve a traditional Swiss raclette or cheese fondue in the cozy Arvenstube "Stüva Buin" for a well-deserved get-together.

The meat fondue is served in a mono-pot with bouillon, everything to cook yourself. Large selection with everything your heart desires:
