We cultivate a respectful relationship with our food, fill our shopping baskets with regional products and enrich our dishes with wild herbs and flowers from Guarda. Sustainable production, whenever possible from the Engadin, is particularly important to us.

In our restaurant, nature is always at the table for breakfast as the guest of honor. Wide views, changing plays of light and an impressive panorama spoil the eyes. As our guest of honor you start your day with a rich mountain breakfast from the buffet. Fine summit ice meets sweet jams or Engadin honey. A regional cheese, sausage and ham selection goes well with crispy bread and eggs from happy chickens. Fruit lovers combine fruit with yoghurt and vary to their heart's content with muesli, nuts, grains, and seeds. Juices, chocolate, coffee, tea and much more - just as you like!
