In cooperation with Christina Koller we offer attractive packages. Yoga weeks, yoga retreats and twice-weekly gentle yoga classes to strengthen you for the day.
By means of physical and breathing exercises, relaxation, sound and meditation, a state of holistic harmony and inner balance is strived for. It is not about perfecting yoga postures, but about slowly approaching simple movement sequences with a special emphasis on breathing.
